1. SELLER AND AGREEMENT ON TERMS
Cuomotech.it is an online store managed by and owned by CUOMOTECH S.R.L. (hereinafter "Company", "we", or "Cuomotech"), a company with registered office in Via Nuova Trecase, 3, Torre del Greco, (NA) 80059, Italy. Our VAT ID is 09461941214. We are an e-commerce site specializing in retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) sales of IT products, telephony, and accessories, both new and used. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether a private consumer or a business) and Cuomotech S.r.l. By accessing and using our services or placing an order, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Cuomotech reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions; changes will be effective for orders placed after their publication on the site.
2. CUSTOMER TYPES (B2C and B2B)
Cuomotech offers its products to both private Consumers and Professionals/Companies:

Consumer Customer (B2C): A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession. B2C purchases are subject to consumer protection laws (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code).

Professional Customer (B2B): A natural or legal person purchasing by providing their VAT ID. These purchases are governed by the Italian Civil Code. The 14-day right of withdrawal (reserved by law for consumers only) does not apply to B2B customers, and the legal warranty follows the terms of the Civil Code (12 months).
Minors (under 18 years of age) are not authorized to use or register for our Services.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING (MARGIN SCHEME)
Product prices include VAT and all other legal charges. The sale of used/refurbished electronic products is often subject to the application of the margin scheme (VAT not shown or non-deductible), depending on the case. Shipping costs, if any, will be added to the product price and indicated separately in the cart. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors: in the event of an obvious error, Cuomotech will reject the order and offer the Customer the opportunity to purchase the Product at the correct price. All products are subject to availability.
4. CONTRACT CONCLUSION
The submission of an order proposal via the site constitutes a binding purchase offer. The contract between Cuomotech and the Customer is concluded when the Customer receives the "Order Confirmation" via email. Cuomotech may refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:

Product unavailability;

Payment failed or denied;

Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity;

Customer default on previous contracts. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
5. PAYMENT METHODS AND ELECTRONIC INVOICING
We accept: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, PostePay, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.

Electronic Invoicing: If the Customer (Company or Private) requires an invoice, they must correctly enter billing information at the time of order or contact us at info@cuomotech.it immediately after purchase. Invoices cannot be modified after issuance.

Bank Transfer: The order will be processed only after the actual receipt of funds into Cuomotech's bank account. If, for any reason, the amount due is not received within 10 working days, the order will be cancelled.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and indicated on the order form. Delivery estimates (usually 24/48h) are indicative. Cuomotech is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, but guarantees delivery within a maximum of 30 days. If the Customer exports the product outside the country of original delivery, they assume all customs and regulatory responsibilities.
