This Shipping and Delivery Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") and should therefore be read in conjunction with our main Terms, available at the following link: https://www.cuomotech.it/en/content/3-terms-and-conditions-of-use.

We invite you to carefully review this policy when purchasing our products. These conditions apply to any order placed with us.

1. SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES, AND COSTS

Shipping costs include 100% insurance coverage on the value of the goods and are automatically calculated by the system based on the total cart value and product type (all prices shown include 22% VAT).

? In-Store Pickup

  • Cost: Free (€ 0)

  • Timing: Ready for pickup within 24 business hours from order confirmation.

  • Procedure: You will receive an email notification as soon as the goods are tested and ready. For pickup at our location at Via Nuova Trecase 3, Torre del Greco (NA) - Italy, you must present the order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID. In case of delegation to a third party, a written authorization and a copy of the buyer's ID are required. Products must be picked up within 14 calendar days of notification, after which the order may be canceled and a restocking fee applied.

? GLS – Insured Express Shipping (Standard)

  • Delivery time: 1 - 2 business days.

  • Cut-off time: Orders completed and processed by 2:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day.

  • Rates based on cart value:

    • Up to € 2,000.00 → € 15.00

    • From € 2,000.01 to € 2,500.00 → € 25.00

    • From € 2,500.01 to € 3,000.00 → € 27.45

    • From € 3,000.01 to € 3,500.00 → € 30.50

    • From € 3,500.01 to € 4,000.00 → € 33.55

    • From € 4,000.01 to € 4,500.00 → € 36.60

    • From € 4,500.01 to € 5,000.00 → € 39.65

✈️ DHL – Insured Premium Shipping

  • Delivery time: 1 - 2 business days.

  • Cut-off time: Orders completed and processed by 12:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day.

  • Rates based on cart value:

    • Up to € 2,000.00 → € 30.50

    • From € 2,000.01 to € 2,500.00 → € 34.77

    • From € 2,500.01 to € 3,000.00 → € 39.04

    • From € 3,000.01 to € 3,500.00 → € 47.58

    • From € 3,500.01 to € 4,000.00 → € 56.12

    • From € 4,000.01 to € 4,500.00 → € 64.66

    • From € 4,500.01 to € 5,000.00 → € 73.20

?️ Special Shipping (iMac / All-In-One / Desktop PC)

  • Application: This rate is automatically applied to particularly bulky, heavy, or fragile products that require customized reinforced protective packaging.

  • Courier and Timing: Entrusted to GLS with delivery in 1 - 2 business days (Cut-off at 2:00 PM).

  • Flat rate: € 25.00

All times and dates provided for product delivery are given in good faith, but are to be considered exclusively as estimates.

2. DETAILED RULES ON DOMESTIC LOGISTICS

⚠️ Mandatory Parcel Inspection and Signing with Reservation

Upon delivery by the courier, the customer is required to carefully inspect the condition of the external packaging. If the box shows alterations (dented, crushed, punctured, opened, or with tampered adhesive tape), the customer MUST strictly sign the courier's receipt by adding a specific written reservation note (e.g., "Accepted with reservation due to crushed/damaged parcel").

If the delivery is accepted without any written reservation, the customer legally declares that the parcel has arrived in perfect condition. Consequently, no claims, replacement requests, or refunds for internal physical damages caused by transport will be accepted. Any damage found must be reported with photographic evidence to info@cuomotech.it within 72 hours of delivery.

? Failed Delivery and Storage Fees

The courier will make up to two delivery attempts to the address provided. In the event of repeated absence of the recipient or an incorrect/incomplete address entered by the customer, the parcel will be placed in Storage at the carrier's local depot. All costs associated with the storage of goods, releasing the parcel, or returning the package to the sender will be entirely borne by the customer.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Shipments outside the Italian territory to European countries are not processed automatically by the checkout system. They can only be activated upon customer request and following a customized quote for transport costs. Free shipping is never applicable to international orders.

Please note: international shipments (including non-EU countries like Switzerland or the UK) may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance costs imposed by the local authorities of the destination country. Cuomotech S.r.l. has no control over these amounts, which remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchasing customer.
