Below is the detailed information regarding our return policy.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
All returns related to the right of withdrawal (change of mind) must be notified and shipped within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in like-new condition, unused, untampered with, and complete with all original seals, labels, films, and packaging.
2. RETURN PROCESS (MANDATORY)
To prevent unauthorized returns and ensure device security, the return process is strictly subject to management approval.

Fill out the online form: Before shipping any goods, you are required to submit an official return request through our dedicated portal by clicking the following link: FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM HERE.

Wait for confirmation: After submitting the form, you must wait for our written approval and email confirmation, which will include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Ship the package: Once approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging, include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt), and ship it to the following address:

⚠️ Note on shipping costs: Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Cuomotech S.r.l. assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to packages shipped by the customer.
3. REFUNDS AND INSPECTIONS
Upon receiving the return and meticulously inspecting the device's condition, we will proceed to process your refund or exchange.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the moment we receive the package for our technicians to complete the necessary hardware and software tests. You will receive an email notification as soon as the return has been officially approved and processed. Monetary refunds will appear on your bank or credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
4. EXCEPTIONS AND PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
In compliance with Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and for information security reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Sealed software, operating systems, or digital product keys (e.g., Windows, Antivirus) whose seals have been broken or codes activated after delivery.
- Computers, desktop PCs, or servers configured or assembled specifically upon customer request.
- Devices still locked with personal user accounts (Apple ID, iCloud, Find My iPhone, Google Account) or protected by passwords/PINs that prevent a full factory reset.
- Products showing physical damage, cracks, signs of wear, impact, or broken parts caused by improper use, carelessness, or customer negligence.
- Devices that have been opened, tampered with, had internal warranty seals removed, or repaired by unauthorized third-party centers or the customer themselves.
- Items returned without their original packaging, standard components, cables, power adapters, manuals, or accessories included in the sale.
- In-ear headphones or sealed audio accessories that have been opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons.
In case of products arriving defective (Dead on Arrival) or damaged by the courier during initial shipment, please contact us immediately at the details below to arrange a warranty pickup.
5. IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTES
- 1. EXCLUSION OF B2B PURCHASES (VAT ID): In accordance with Italian law, the 14-day right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for private consumers (B2C). Purchases made with a VAT ID for professional or business purposes are strictly excluded from the right of withdrawal. Returns from companies are not accepted except for proven manufacturing defects governed by the Italian Civil Code.
- 2. DATA BACKUP AND PRIVACY: The customer is solely and exclusively responsible for saving and backing up all personal data, photos, contacts, and files on the device before shipping. Cuomotech S.r.l. will not be held responsible in any way for the loss of data or personal information during laboratory testing, formatting, or repair processes.
- 3. DELIVERY INSPECTION: Upon delivery by the courier, the customer is required to verify package integrity. Any visible damage to the external packaging must be disputed immediately by signing the courier's delivery note with the specific wording "Accepted subject to inspection for damaged package", and reported to info@cuomotech.it within 72 hours with photographic evidence.
